The project focused on redesigning a legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to align with modern SaaS (Software as a Service) usability standards. The goal was to enhance efficiency for highly technical users by reducing the steps required for core tasks.

A primary challenge was consolidating over a hundred complex features into a clean, unified dashboard without losing functionality. We overcame this by conducting extensive user interviews and creating a modular design system that prioritizes common workflows.

Another key challenge was creating a design that was accessible for users with varying levels of technical expertise. The solution involved implementing progressive disclosure, where advanced options are hidden until needed, reducing initial cognitive load.
